Weather Pro Awning Will Not Extend

Have awning serviced by a both ends dometic service center or a qualified service tech nician before attempting to open awning after this awning rail procedure has been performed.

When the interior button is pushed i hear a click by the awning motor louder click when hitting retract and the lights in the slide dim but it won t extend. Is there a way to extend the awning manually. When i push the retract button i hear a click coming from the panel. Weather pro awning will not extend. There is one click noise coming from the awning tube when retract or extend is pressed but no movement.

I here a click sound when pressing button. My weatherpro awning support cradle will not fit between the bottom of the awning and the top of the slide awning. It is presently in the retracted position. When i push the extend button nothing happens.

Tried searching forums and couldn t find a direct answer but assume the motor is bad. The dometic weatherpro awning on my mh has barely enough power to extend the awning at 13 volts it will extend about 1 ft thermal cuts out wait 10 sec go another foot etc. So i can get to the motor. I tried the remote and the same thing happens.

I only have 2 1 2 inches of space to mount the. The awning suddenly will not extend using the remote or the manual switch. The awning is dont know what you call it protected by an aluminum case. I have a dometic weather pro power awning.
